1. Account

You must be 18 or older to place an order. Please give correct details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

2. Products and prices

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes. Product images are for illustration and may differ slightly from the actual product. Prices and stock may change without notice. If a product is listed at a wrong price by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you.

3. Orders and payment

You can pay online (UPI, cards, net banking), by cash on delivery where available, or from your wallet balance. Online payments are handled securely by our payment partner; we do not store your card details. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or the order looks suspicious, and any amount paid will be refunded.

4. Delivery

We deliver across India. Delivery charges and estimated delivery time are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed due to reasons beyond our control.

5. Cancellation, returns and refunds

You can cancel an order before it is shipped. If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will replace or refund it. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method or your wallet, usually within 5–7 working days.

6. Wallet, cashback and offers

Wallet and cashback balances can be used only for shopping on aptaim.in and cannot be withdrawn as cash. Coupons and offers come with their own conditions and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Cashback is reversed if the order is cancelled or returned.

7. Member programme

Joining the member programme is optional. Income is earned only on genuine product sales, as per the plan shown in the member area, and is not guaranteed. We may suspend any member account that is misused.

8. Use of the website

Do not misuse the website, place fake orders, or copy our content without permission. All content and branding on this website belong to Aptaim Services Private Limited.

9. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect loss arising from the use of this website. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Delhi will have jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
